We arrived in the Maldives a few days ago with bags full of high expectations. Having been here before, we thought we knew what to expect – but have been absolutely blown away by this little island called Kandooma, located in the South Male Atoll of this tropical island paradise. Besides the clear blue sea, white beaches and sheer serenity of the place, the Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives (I’ll be taking over their Instagram account for the next few days here) simply caters perfectly for our two little girls, which are, just having entered the toddler stage, anything but serene. The loudest sound comes from the crashing waves, perfect for surfing and occasionally M complaining when we try to take her out of the kid’s pool.
